One of the things I have loved most throughout my life is creating experiences with and for people.

I’ve been the keynote speaker for and worked with groups ranging from business and entrepreneurial conferences, women’s events and the American Heart Association to colleges, international performing arts programs, elementary schools and family-dynamic groups.

The setting changes. The subject changes. The people change.

But the thread running through everything I do has always been the same:

You are a unique, one-of-a-kind human being—magnificent and significant in your particular expression. Your greatest contribution and joy come from your alignment with that.

Discover your voice—literally and metaphorically.

Learn to recognize and trust it in yourself and in others.

Find the courage to stand up in it.

And bring it fully into whatever you are here to do.

Sometimes I do that by standing on a stage and giving a keynote. Sometimes it’s an intimate Q&A. And some of my favorite experiences combine conversation, teaching, play, and a workshop created specifically for the people in the room.

Because I don’t believe the most meaningful experiences are delivered to people.

They are created with them.

Whether the doorway is performance, entrepreneurship, creativity, spirituality, personal growth, or something entirely different, we use what matters to your group to get to something deeper: the truth of who they are, the courage to express it, and the power contained within it.

And what happens in the room rarely stays in the room.

The confidence discovered through performance travels into life. The voice found in a workshop travels into relationships. The willingness to trust oneself changes how we create, lead, work, collaborate, and participate in the world.

Because when people bring more of who they actually are to what they do, everything they touch becomes more alive.

With the expansion of self comes the expansion of everything we touch.

This is LOVE.

This is what I love.

It is one of my highest callings—and, quite simply, something I feel I was built to do.
